The Government of Vietnam and the World Bank have signed a US$221.5 million credit agreement to support Vietnam’s recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic through policy reforms aimed at improving financial inclusion and spurring greater environmental resilience

Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh suggested the World Bank provide support and recommendations for Viet Nam to finalize and realize its new green growth strategy. The World Bank (WB) expresses the agreement of supports and actively contributes to Vietnam’s socio-economic development.
