On April 2, a delegation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs led by Deputy Minister Do Hung Viet and US Ambassador to Vietnam Marc E. Knapper paid a visit and conducted a working session in Huong Hoa District, Quang Tri Province. Speaking at the event, Ambassador Marc E. Knapper affirmed that the US would continue to support Vietnam, particularly Quang Tri Province, in addressing the consequences of war.
