The Sea and Islands Week is being held in the central province of Ha Tinh with a range of activities.

In the last days of the Year of the Cat 2023, Vietnam Times writer joined the working group of the Navy Region 5 Command to visit, encourage and send the New Year best wishes to officers, soldiers, and people in the Southwest Sea of the Fatherland.
