The program "For the Smile of a Child" is a cooperation and support between the Uong Bi's Vietnam-Sweden General Hospital , the Blekinge Uong Bi Association, the Rotary Club (Sweden) and the Quang Ninh's Children Sponsorship Fund. The program has been bringing smiles to many children, allowing them to confidently integrate with their peers.
