The Bach Mai Hospital Stroke Center and the Federation Handicap International (IH) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on January 16 in Hanoi, announcing a 2-year program of training and technical support for Bach Mai Hospital Stroke Center to improve stroke care.
