Ambassador Mai Phan Dung, Permanent Representative of Vietnam to the United Nations (UN) Office in Geneva, attended the 53rd regular meeting of the Executive Council of the Geneva International Centre for Humanitarian Demarcation (GICHD) and was elected to the Council in Switzerland on June 27.
