Old western maps affirm Hoang Sa, Truong Sa belong to Vietnam
From the sixteenth century to the nineteenth century, Hoang Sa (Paracel) and Truong Sa (Spratly) islands were acknowledged by Western cartographers and navigators as the territories of Vietnam.
