Helicopers send daily necessities for 3,000 residents in cut-off areas
Helicopters are set to be dispatched to drop food and daily necessities to around 3,000 local residents left cut off by heavy flood and landslides in recent weeks, in Phuoc Thanh and Phuoc Loc communes.
