Japan Supports the Modernization of Hydro-Meteorology in Vietnam
The seminar on “Using Hydro-Meteorological Information for Disaster Risk Reduction in Vietnam”on October 3 in Hanoi reported the significant achievements of the Project for “Strengthening Capacity in Weather Forecasting and Flood Early Warning System” between the two countries over the past 5 years.
