The event "Children’s Capacity Development Festival: Children Acting for the Future" took place on November 23-24, attracting nearly 300 students from four provinces: Ha Giang, Hoa Binh, Tuyen Quang, and Thanh Hoa.

The initiative was announced at the India-UN in New York on September 23.
