During his visit to the Ho Chi Minh City Union of Friendship Organizations (HUFO), Bulgarian President Rumen Radev affirmed that former students, interns, and trainees who studied in Bulgaria and the Vietnamese community currently living in Bulgaria are important bridges of friendship for the relationship between the two countries.
