In spite of geographical distance, one country in the Eastern Hemisphere and the other in the Western Hemisphere, Vietnam and Cuba have still maintained close relations since officially establishing diplomatic relations on December 2, 1960.

The book entiled “Fidel Castro and Vietnam – Unforgettable memories" was introduced to the public on November 7, as part of the activities to mark the 60th anniversary of the Vietnam – Cuba diplomatic relations.
