April 30, 1975, the historic moment when Vietnam was completely liberated and the country was reunified, is deeply etched in the memories of many international friends.

On April 30, Vietnam’s weather forecast is predicted to have excessive heat and the highest temperatures reaching 42 degrees in the Northern region.

A delegation of the Party, State, National Assembly (NA), Government and the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) leaders paid tribute to late President Ho Chi Minh at his mausoleum and offered incense at the Martyrs’ Monument in Hanoi on April 27 on the occasion of the 47th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30).

Hanoi streets are decorated with vibrant colors of flags, flowers, panels, and slogan to celebrate the 45 years of southern liberation and national reunification (April 30), International Labor Day (May 1st), and the 130th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh.
