National Assembly deputies and members of the People’s Council of Lai Chau province held a dialogue with representatives of children in the northern mountainous province.

On June 2-3, Ba Vi District General Hospital (Hanoi) collaborated with Vietnam-Cuba Friendship Hospital and Operation Smile Vietnam to examine, screen and provide health care to patients with congenital defects such as cleft lip, palate, ptosis, and syndactyly in Ba Vi district and neighboring provinces.

On June 1, in Thuong Xuan district, Thanh Hoa province, World Vision International in Vietnam, in partnership with the National Institute of Nutrition and the People's Committee of Thuong Xuan district, hosted the Community Festival titled "Nourishing with Love." This event was organized in response to the Month of Action for Children and Micronutrient Day.

Within the framework of a business trip to the Republic of South Africa from May 28 to June 3, the Hanoi delegation led by Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city Nguyen Lan Huong has implemented many activities to promote people-to-people exchanges and survey the development model of community tourism in major cities of South Africa. The activities contribute to expanding cooperation between Hanoi and South African localities, promoting the image of a dynamic and unique city to international friends.
