On April 20 in Hanoi, the Vietnam Esperanto Association held a conference to deploy its 2025 working agenda and the 21st Spring Meeting. In his remarks, President Nguyen Van Loi emphasized the importance of training in the development of the Esperanto movement.

In the spirit of the traditional Tet holiday, on January 25, the Permanent Mission of Vietnam to the United Nations (UN) and the Vietnamese Consulate in New York organized the "Community Tet - Homeland Spring of the Snake 2025" program at Roosevelt Island, New York City, USA.

At the invitation of the Chinese Embassy in Vietnam and the People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, from December 2-8, a delegation of the Vietnam-China Friendship Association led by Nguyen Van Tho, former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, former Vietnamese Ambassador to China, Vice President of the Vietnam-China Friendship Association visited and worked in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China. The delegation included representatives from Bac Giang, Cao Bang, Dien Bien, Hai Duong, Lao Cai, Lai Chau, Lang Son, and Nghe An provinces.

On November 22, a training program on foreign non-governmental work was held in Lao Cai province. The course was organized by the Lao Cai Union of Friendship Organizations, attracting more than 100 trainees, including officials, civil servants, and public employees from agencies, units, and localities.

On November 22, in Hanoi, the Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organizations, in collaboration with the Embassy of Mongolia in Vietnam, held a ceremony to introduce the Mongolian novel “The Blue Thami River” by Chadraabal Lodoidamba. This is part of a series of activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Mongolia (November 17, 1954 - November 17, 2024).
