Pita bread is popular in Israel and other countries. The main feature of pita bread is its puffy outer layer with a hollow interior, creating a pocket for fillings. The collaboration between chefs Nir Leave (from Israel) and Nguyen Manh Hung (Hungazit) resulted in a unique dish that combines the delicate flavors of Vietnamese and Israeli cuisines.
