Thousand Hanoians experience RoK’s culture at art programme
(VNF) - A programme entitled, ‘The Korean Days in Hanoi’, officially kicked off at the Ly Thai To monument on April 8th-9th, attracting thousand of Hanoian youngters.

The programme featured numerous activities, including traditional and modern art performances, tourism promotion activities, attracting thousand of Hanoian youngters.

The highlights of the programme were the performance of the famous Korean bands, EXID and SNUPER at the opening ceremony.
The performances by DJ Trang Moon from Vietnam and DJ Schdule from the RoK with electronic musical instruments on April 9th was an attraction.
In addition, the performances of the RoK’s instrumental bands including JUMP and FANTASTICK and the band performing Korean traditional instruments, Gook Bok; along with a programme featuring Vietnamese traditional music, attracted a large number of people.

During the two-day event, numerous booths of both RoK and Vietnamese travel agencies and enterprises promoted the RoK’s tourism as well as introduced Olympic Pyeong Chang 2018, Gyeongju cultural exhibition and fair, the forms of medical and beauty tourism of the RoK and the Korean tourism products at the event.
The event was jointly organised by the Korea Tourism Organisation (KTO) and the municipal People’s Committee as part of activities to mark the 25th anniversary of the diplomatic ties between Vietnam and the RoK.
It was attended by Chairman of the municipal People’s Committee Nguyen Duc Chung and Ambassador of the RoK to Vietnam Lee Hyuk on opening day April 8th./.
